Full-day mediations are generally held Monday-Friday from 9:00am–5:00pm. The fee for a full-day mediation is $1,500 per party.

If alternative days or hours are needed, please contact Todd to discuss the possibility of scheduling a different time.

Sometimes mediations can run long, particularly when real headway is being made and an opportunity to reach an agreement and settle a lawsuit exist. If overtime is needed, and schedules permit, then each hour over the scheduled time will be billed at $350 per party per hour and paid at the beginning of each hour.

Sometimes mediations do not settle the day of the mediation but might be able to settle shortly thereafter. Todd makes and keeps a commitment to parties that mediate with him and fail to settle their disputes the day of the mediation to reach out to them within one to three weeks after the mediation to see if a settlement might be reached. There is no additional fee for this time and effort. If another mediation is needed, however, then the regular rates will apply.
